Eve · Zeug meeting assistant

Eve joins Google Meet calls scheduled on Zeug Lab calendars, produces a speaker-attributed transcript, and distributes an AI-generated summary to the meeting owner — and, after manual review and approval, to participants by email.

How it works

When a calendar owner connects their Google Calendar, a recording bot named Zeug Notetaker is automatically scheduled into their Google Meet events. The bot is a visible meeting participant and must be admitted by the host. After the meeting, the transcript and summary are delivered to the calendar owner.

What we access

Read-only access to calendar events (to know when meetings happen) and the meeting audio for transcription. Details are in the privacy policy.
